Customer-Submitted Designs

• You, the customer, retain full ownership of the designs you submit for printing, provided that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use the content.

• By submitting a design, you warrant that you have the legal right to use the design and that it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

• Retro Studio is not liable for any claims of copyright infringement or violation of intellectual property rights related to customer-submitted designs.

Retro Studio Designs

• Any original designs created by Retro Studio, including logos, artwork, and custom designs, remain the intellectual property of Retro Studio.

• You may not reproduce, copy, or use any of Retro Studio's original designs without express written permission.

• By submitting a design, you grant Retro Studio a non-exclusive license to print and produce the design on products as specified in your order.

• This license is limited to the production and fulfillment of your specific order and does not extend beyond that scope.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all designs, logos, or artwork submitted for printing comply with relevant laws, including copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Retro Studio is not responsible for verifying the legal status of any design.

Retro Studio is not liable for any infringement of intellectual property rights resulting from the use of customer-submitted designs. Any legal action taken as a result of such infringement is the sole responsibility of the customer.
