Refund Policy

Manufacturing Defects or Errors

  • ​We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item has a manufacturing defect or if we made an error in printing, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • In cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part, we will offer a replacement or refund. Please provide clear photos of the defect or error and your order details to facilitate the process

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-designed items, including but not limited to T-shirts, hoodies, or other apparel.

Refunds and Returns

  • To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must have a clear manufacturing defect or printing error.

  • The claim must be made within 5 days of delivery.

  • The item must be in unused, original condition (if applicable).

  • If eligible for a return, Retro Studio will provide instructions for the return or exchange process.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by Retro Studio.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 2 business days of approval.

  • Retro Studio reserves the right to issue refunds in the form of store credit at our discretion.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a return, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, unless the return is due to a mistake or defect on our part.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is damaged during transit or lost, please contact us immediately. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but Retro Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged items after they have been shipped.
